OUR STORY

Cureo was born at Cure Coffeehouse in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia. General Manager, Kari Redman, alongside shop owners Mike Aston and Chris Shelton, spent two and a half years experimenting in the realm of liquor infusions. Using world-class, ethically sourced coffee from our friends at Counter Culture Coffee and rum created precisely to compliment the base product from our partners at Chesapeake Bay Distillery, we created magic in a bottle.

Cureo is a coffee liqueur like no other, boasting of a rich coffee and rum body and just the right amount of sweetness, it can hold its own perfectly on-the-rocks as well as a key ingredient to make a cocktail even more luxurious.

We believe in adventurous spirits, which is why Cureo is a perfect companion from the mountains to the city and everywhere in between. Bring it as a fireside companion on your next camping trip or show off a little understated versatility and refinement when you host friends for your next brunch or dinner party.

Meet The Owners

Kari Redman

Chief Marketing Officer

I have spent the last six years growing my passion for the craft coffee industry and was excited to use the knowledge I've gained to create Cureo into this incredible product.

Alongside honing my coffee craft, I am the brains behind all of Cureo's recipes as well as the visual, web, and print content.

When I'm not working on recipe and content development, I can usually be found baking, hosting dinner parties with friends, or traveling to big cities!

Favorite way to use Cureo Coffee Liqueur:

As a baker and an avid home-cook, I know that our coffee liqueur does some magical things when used as an ingredient in chocolate cake or a steak marinades. Rest assured we'll be sharing those recipes with you all!
